Eagle server OS upgrade

The scheduled OS upgrade for eagle has been brought forward to today as part of the overhaul and upgrade process for all servers.

The base operating system of the server is being upgraded from RedHat 9 to CentOS to bring it into line with the rest of the server fleet. The control panel and associated software will also be upgraded to the latest version within there current stream as part of the process.

The upgrade will result in a short outage of no more than 15 minutes, upgrade is scheduled to begin at 6pm AEST Saturday 2008-12-20

Server is offline while OS Upgrade take place

Server is back Up, testing phase. Sites will start coming back online as quota's are recalculated. Updates and reboots of other componants are occuring which may lead to some instability.

Issue with the nameservers has been sorted and all websites should be back online and working now.
